A 2014 year comes to an end soon. What shall you do
next year? Are you planning to venture business as a student, an undergraduate
or a graduate next year, 2015? What business goal are you planning to start
business venture next year in 2015?
If you are not sure what business goal you want to plan to venture in Nigeria, let me introduce a list of lucrative businesses to you below:
1.
Mini-books Publishing Business:
You can start business as a student publisher
on part-time basis by buying copies of 25-page or 50-page mini-books or A4
books you wrote and then hand it to marketing agents that can help you to
distribute it to booksellers anywhere, and you make money selling N250 copy
each. That is simple.
2.
Sweet Cup-Cake Business:
If you are good at cake making, you can do it
by buying, mixing well, baking, labeling locally, packaging cup-cakes and
distributing dozens of N50 cake to female provision sellers anywhere within
your community or outside your community.
Even if you are a male student, you can do it if you
learn ‘how-tos’ book on cake well and practice it at home.
3.
Exercise-Book Business:
You can do it as a student or
graduate in 2015 and make money by buying copies of exercise in package and
distribute it to sellers at the popular market.
You know that people in primary school, secondary
school or high school need exercise books and still need it for their school.
That is where you come in if you can.
4.
Casual Wears Business:
You can do it as a part-time student by going
to Lagos and buy casual wears cheap where they are imported here in Nigeria and
then sell it to people in your church, your community, your school, campus as a 300-level student did it.
Before buying casual wears in quantities, ensure you
research what wear they like to put on, what size they often wear, etc. when
you buy cheap, make sure you buy high-quality wears that will attract people
into buying it.
5.
Cleaning And Laundry Business:
You can do it with
little or no money by getting iron, bowel, etc at home if you have and
offer your service to students at cheap price compared to the public –price
market.
Most students don’t have time to wash their clothes, sun dry it and
iron it when they come to home.
Even if you are a lady, you can do it by offering your
service to both female and male students.
6.
Cobbling-shoe Business:
Cobbling and polishing shoes in
business is a real money-spinner.
It can make you money daily as my former church member
who did course as a part-time student does it in U.I if you can do it
shamelessly outside your campus where there are full of people on the busy road
or the busy street.
Remember if you are too big to bend down this business
as a student cobbler, you are too big to rich as a student.
7.
Sales of Pedicure and Medicare service:
You can do it to make money as a female
student if you sell your service outside your higher school.
Maybe most
official women will spend money on pedicure and Medicare service daily if you
attract them with your rich equipments in your small shop.
8.
Sales of Freelance service:
There are different kinds
of freelance service you can offer, for example, e-cover design, article
writings, proofreading, etc.
If you have a good commander of English language with
deep knowledge of any subject on money, health, relationship, etc you select and
you write articles for newspaper companies, you may get paid N500-N800 per
article daily in a month.
If you write articles for magazine companies, you may
get paid up to N1000 or N1500 per article daily. But they require CV resume.
9.
Palm Oil Food Business:
Do you know you can make money from
this business by buying one 20-litre or 25-litre kegs of palm oil and resell it
to people?
Then you can do it. What you can do it to buy one keg,
brand, label, package, and market it to make money with it.
10.
African Hair-Weaving Business:
This business is a
lucrative business. You can do it if you ensure you are good at African
hair-weaving business. Most women prefer African hair-weaving business.
African hair-weaving is more expensive than
others in price. You can go and do it.
11.
Private Home Coaching Business:
I saw one of my student tenants’ male mate who
lives with them under my shelter just
taught one of my parents neighbors’ children for free as a help.
Then I called him to admonish him to start this
business at home using my outside house.
Today, he was surprised and happy and then thanked me
because he made between N3000 and N5000 per student/pupil, depending on
parents’ bargain by charging students pupils for teaching only Math monthly in
just 2 hours and half daily in the evening.
12.
Small Imported Business:
If you have Visa credit card in which
you can use to buy online, you can do it and make good profit as an imported
student by buying anything online pens,
casual wear, slippers, shoes, etc (that is unavailable )and sell it to people.
That is simple. One of my friends told me that they
still complained they need t-shirt and jeans to buy cheap from me.
Final Thoughts
There are many more businesses I would like to write
here in this blog in which you can do venture business next year in 2015. But it
is too long to be written here.
By God’s grace, I try to package more real
businesses that can make you rich into e-book later when I have free time.

one stage or another, every man woman or child will be faced with the issue of buy and sell in nigeria. Until recently considered taboo amongst polite society, there are just not enough blues songs written about buy and sell in nigeria. Often it is seen as both a help and a hinderence to the over 50, who just don't like that sort of thing. Keeping all of this in mind, in this essay I will examine the major issues.
